"I am writing this review after prolonged and extremely disappointing experience with this Zinus mattress. While it initially appeared comfortable, the product has suffered premature structural failure, specifically deep sagging in the center that compromises support and proper spinal alignment. The middle section has become excessively soft and indented to the point that any normal sleeping position results in the body sinking downward, causing severe lower-back pain.The deformation is not minor — it is objectively measurable, as shown in photos using two identical rods placed across the surface to demonstrate non-uniform compression, revealing a visible dip forming where the mattress has failed. Despite Zinus advertising a 10-year warranty, my experience attempting to claim warranty relief has been frustrating and unproductive. I submitted all requested documentation, including proof of purchase, manufacturing tag, photos, and measurements, yet I received repeated responses asking for the same photos and instructions instead of processing my claim.At this point, the mattress is no longer fit for its intended use, and the warranty support has not resolved the issue. For anyone who values durability, back-support, or customer service responsiveness — I strongly advise choosing a different brand.I now have no other option but to throw this product and as a last resort hope someone looks at my review from zinus ."
