"I purchased the BenQ Monitor GW2790 about three months ago. For the first few weeks, it worked perfectly and the display quality was excellent for my work.However, nearly three months into use, the monitor developed a major fault. It now keeps restarting every few seconds. The screen and power light turn off completely, only to come back on a moment later, in a continuous and unusable cycle. This is clearly a power or internal hardware issue, not a problem with my cables or computer.I contacted BenQ support immediately. While they did issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the repair process has been unacceptably slow. It has now been **over 15 days** since I contacted them, and the problem is still not resolved. The status portal shows no significant update, and I have been left without a monitor I rely on for my work.I am deeply disappointed. A good product should not develop such a critical defect within the first three months, and the warranty service should be faster. I've seen other reviews praising BenQ's support, but my experience has been the opposite. I hope the company improves its repair turnaround times. I cannot recommend this product given my experience with its reliability and service."
