"The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for a last minute business trip, my usual carry on (Level 8) was lent to a friend and so I figured I'd try Samsonite seeing as they have a good reputation and provide a decent warranty.Up to now, all my luggage has been off brands or newcomers.This carry on looks good, but the telescopic handle is very flimsy (see video with the bag empty) and has a lot of play. It's terrible compared to the level 8 handle . I assumed the fasteners that hold the handle to the casing may be loose, but they're not - it's just a bad design with a lot of play that gets much worse once weight is actually placed in the carry on.The zippers tabs feel solid, the teeth however are not smooth at all, they're very notchy and get stuck a lot. Wheels are acceptable, but that's about it, the bag as a whole is not impressive compared to their competition , and is on par with a no name Chinese carry on I bought years ago for $60..... At anything more than $100, this Samsonite is a rip off - I paid over $160 so I feel hosed.I would return it but my flight is literally tomorrow and I'm kind of between a rock and a hard place, suffice to say, this is the first and last Samsonite luggage I'll ever buy - and honestly it's sad to see a "name brand" like Samsonite release sub-par luggage given the fact that there are plenty of new brands popping up that just make better products."
