"Pros: Ease of use, slides right on.Cons: Not as dense as the original filters.Not really sure how to review a filter other than maybe speak of the differences between this after market version vs the OEM filter.Really, neither are a true filter, neither filters the smaller particulates that would classify it as a "filter" in my opinion. It is a screen more than anything as they prevent the larger items from passing through the business end of the humidifier. These filters do exactly that.These are a bit thinner and not as dense as the OEM filter that comes with the Levoit humidifier. For ours they do fit, a little more snug than its original counterpart. yet it does go on with not much effort. They do screen for the larger items just as the OEM filter does. Not being as dense and a bit thinner, the motor works a little easier as water flows a little bit better. I don't see these as being to porous to allows much of the large stuff through, though being thinner means it will dirty up and need replace more often. The OEM filter we would clean from time to time, these do clean, but based on the density I don't have the confidence that they will last through as many cleanings as the OEM part. However, a 30 pack of filters for $10, there's not much need to clean as much, right?It's a good deal on the filters, they do the job that they were intended for."
