"Very picky to dough consistency, measuring cup supplied is only for the fluid, do not use a measuring cup for the flour, I found only by going by weight can you get dough that will work consistent with this machine.Phillips has it discontinued, and it took a while to find information/link to the Phillips site for this product. The options of templates are nice and it seems to be built to be durable.There is a lot of trial and error, by searching online, you can find videos that will help. I would post some videos but it is against policy."

My husband loves to make noodles but it spends too much time so we got this one when it’s on sale. The only thing I can tell is: read the instructions before you go! He really trusts his experience so he used so much more water than it tells in instructions. The first two noodle dinner we had are really sticky…(but still tasted good!) after we read instructions, everything goes well. Totally recommend it to people who loves noodles like us.roxy g
