"I got this because I like PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) for my mitochondria Health. Our Mitochondria is what makes our energy. I take a large amounts of supplements and over 90% of them are directly related with all that entails in the energy making process. Without adequate amounts of energy our body may not be able to do all things it needs to in order to stay healthy. And this would encompass every body function to thinking to our feet movement and everything in between. So it of course IMO is important to try to to take care of those energy producing organelles (mitochondria) so hopefully they function in tip top condition and hopefully help maintain good health. It would appear they may really like PQQ since many animal studies resulted in that they functioned better, stayed healthier, and even produced more of themselves ( biogenesis). This would be a huge benefit IMO as it as known that when we get older we do not have as much biogenesis with mitochondria and the older ones tend get damaged or weakened. Having new ones formed that are in good condition to replenish any levels that may be low could/may help restore unhealthy energy levels. Some studies have shown benefits and improvement noted once PQQ supplementation was started. I personally have never noticed anything but I have been taking it a long time. I don't feel anything with it either. My goal is simply to keep them ( my mitochondria) in excellent condition. The upper end dosage with PQQ is 20 mgs which is what this brand has with just 1 cap per serving. One of the things I really like about PQQ is hopefully by keeping my mitochondria healthy my other supplements (like NAD and Urolithin A etc.) will work better ( with the mitochondria using the supplements) and more of them will actually get utilized. This brand states it is lab tested in the US but I am not sure if that entails 'Third Party Lab Testing'. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful."
