"This drill pump never pumped a single drop of fuel. I bought it to transfer diesel into my side by side UTV from 5 gallon jugs. When I first tried to use it, I couldn't get any suction or pressure from the hoses and didn't have the time to trouble shoot the problem. I finally pulled it apart this morning (see photo) to find no diesel fuel in the pump, the vanes in the rotating shaft are pointed in the wrong direction, causing them to self-destruct. None of the 4 screws were tight. The O-ring was not sealing (either the groove is too deep or the O-ring is not sized correctly. Also, there is no compliant seal around the shaft. Bottom line, this product has NOT been properly designed or assembled. Any one of these issues could prevent the pump from "self priming) and holding that prime. Plus there were no user instructions or manual provided."

It did not work what-so-ever! No suction and I put hose on both sides went different ways with the drill multiple other ways to make sure I wasn’t retarded but anyways obv didn’t make a lick of difference.. even if it did work, I honestly wouldn’t think it would pump much since your basically using gravity, there cheaply made they don’t (obviously) have very good flaps inside that spin inside of the “pump” and wouldn’t force enough air through. A waste of money and MOST importantly a wast of my TIME!.tim kelly
