"Service cost is so high, service mam charges rs 900 he fixed water purifier just put on ground floor of cabin and go, after one hour the water purifier UTC inner unit demeged flow the water our entire kichen, I was again called service person he told me next day coming, the next day the service person come to my house and check the UTC unit finaly he told me copper alkaline unit demeged and company is not given this product and any warranty, only given motor warranty so you buy new one the cost of rs 750 and service cost rs 500, overall I was given Rs 2150 in two days. Present the water purifier working well."
