Also just so you know I was forced to select 1 star in order to post this review.I purchased my ACEMAGIC K1 Mini PC on July 26th of this year, and it completely failed to power up just a few months later. About two weeks ago, I filled out a support ticket through their official website, but I’ve had no response at all. I’ve searched their site for a customer service phone number, but there isn’t one listed anywhere, which makes it impossible to get real help.For a company selling tech products, this kind of nonexistent support is unacceptable. I really wanted to like this little PC, but now it’s just a paperweight and I’m left with no way to get it repaired or replaced. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong, you might be on your own."
