"one of the dropper bottles came cracked. surprised they packed this without any foam/cushioning to prevent breaks. the droppers work fine for the jojoba oil i purchased. the funnel for transferring was not the greatest and often gotclogged. i tried to do a return/replace but both methods require me to bring the item back. doesn’t make sense for me to ship the broken glass back to them."
