"I really wanted to love this projector, but consumers need to know exactly what they are buying. This device is "defective by design."Despite running this in a room with a $1,000 high-performance gaming router, the unit suffers from constant Wi-Fi disconnect loops and severe input lag. It also frequently disconnects from my soundbar. After digging into the specs, the issue is obvious: Underpowered Hardware.This unit runs on a MediaTek MT9630 chipset with only 2GB of RAM.Google recommends 3GB+ of RAM for a smooth Google TV experience, yet this unit ships with only 2GB. That is simply not enough memory to run the operating system. The system is constantly "choking" on its own OS, forcing it to kill background processes like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi just to keep the interface running.It seems Anker/Nebula chose this underpowered chip just to get the "Netflix Certified" logo on the box, ignoring the recommended specs for the software they installed. Do not buy this if you want a functioning device."

One of my best purchases this year, hands down. Easy to set up, Google TV works great. At home I’ll use this to protect TV on the ceiling so I can watch in bed, and I use this in our living room to project on the ceiling so me and my boys can play switch 2 games while leaning back on recliners. I’ve brought this to hotels and it’s great there as well. I do recommend the gimble stand versus the tilt-base thingie. I ended up 3d printing a gimble stand for it.The auto focus and keystone rocks and makes it super simple to move around. One tip: on the autofocus/auto keystone screen, make sure all 4 black corners are on the same flat surface, or it will try to do weird angles with the screen.tawny a
