"We bought this equipment in June 2023, right out of the box, problems. The sellers Tech support has no idea how to solve issues. it is a constant guessing game and trial and error with the equipment. It worked for about a week, then problems again. Supposedly you can wire them in multiple patterns for max output. Again constantly with errors and faults. I worked with Jack at the sellers company for which is on CA time and there is no support outside of their business hours. I got so frustrated just asked for a refund and Amazon took care of me, the seller wanted me to pay for shipping their equipment back and they wanted to "make repairs" and send me this garbage back to fight some more, NO THANKS!"

Bought one for my off grid house to replace the inverter that wouldn’t run the washing machine.It runs the washing machine actually better than the gas generator that I was having to use whenever I wanted to do laundry. I’ve had it for about two months and so far I’m very happy with his performance. The only thing I might like to see is a Bluetooth app that would allow me to track input output. The price was very reasonable and it’s exactly what I needed. The fan is a little noisy, but that’s not a big deal.scottybyrd

I installed this unit, along with one of their 5kw batteries, about 8 months ago. It is functioning as advertised and has not given me any problems. It will charge the battery off of my solar panels, or from the grid. It will power it's load from the panels and battery, until it becomes depleted, and then switches over to the grid without interruption. The idle power consumption is not too bad. Overall it is helping me reduce my power bill by avoiding grid use in the most expensive part of the day. It was easy to set up an install.Anonymous
