"So much more comfortable, and the ear opening is slightly larger so my above average ears actually fit inside and aren't squished. Much more comfortable with my glasses as well. Will also definitely help with dB reduction, you can just tell from how much thicker it is than what you're replacing. Replacement is also easy, the whole internet are being babies about it. Just use a penny or similar sized coin and some common sense"

Got this for the Impact Pro. Replacing the older stiffer cushions for these was easy. Pull out the old with a snap. Slide these onto the tabs on the top and one side and snap in the remaining ones and it's done. Soft and comfortable vs the older units. Molds around the eye glass paddles and minimizes any gap for noise to get through. Easy off and easy on and gets excellent sealing vs the old cushions.grrbbt
