I've had a nagging hamstring issue for years. I would strengthen it and rest it and stretch it over and over but it never would feel quite right enough for me to play sports how I wanted. I finally realized true healing requires blood flow and this is where this shines. It pulled blood up into the tear with heat and suction and after consistent usage the hamstring is way better.
