"My tennis elbow felt relieved and this worked really well during the first week of using it. Try to keep the Velcro attached to the elastic band when possible. The Velcro will get stuck on other areas when I take it on and off and this pulls and frays other areas of the fabric. I use a lint brush and fabric shaver to remove the extra fuzz to keep it looking new. I’ve hand washed it several times and air dried. After three weeks of use, it’s become stretched. It doesn’t feel like it’s compressing anymore. I got a large (normal arm, I’m not muscular or working out) but might get a size smaller or try another brand."
