"The media could not be loaded. I have purchased these months ago, but didn't use one until the end of October 2025. It's only myself using the pitcher, and I usually only have to replace the filter every 3 months or so. These filters are not lasting very long. It is just the middle of January, and I have just put in my last filter. When I replaced the filter this time , I noticed that a little steams of water were coming down the outside of the filter, they're not fitting in correctly. I have used these before and never had problems like this. I won't buy them again."

The Brita Small 6 Cup pitcher works well, but the side of the pitcher had an crack in it that was undetectable until we started using it and found the crack right in the middle. It's a slow leak, so it took a while to find it. I would suggest purchasing from a brick and mortar store since it's fragile.
