"UPDATE 3: I just purchased the single cable version of this brand clip. I tried other brands that were more suited to my needs but they just wouldn't stick. And that's after cleaning the simulated wood surface with alcohol, installing the clip but not using it for 24 hours. Within a week, they pulled off the surface. I know this brand has the best adhesive of all the clips I have tried. I even used the spare adhesive pad on a different item when every other adhesive failed. This is the best!UPDATE 2: I started using a high quality Anker cable that has a nylon wrap over the rubber. Unfortunately, the wrap makes the surface hard (not compressible) so the jaws of the holder couldn't grip the cable. I put a little tape on the cable where the clip grabs it and it works perfectly.UPDATE: It's been 5 months and it is going strong. There hasn't been any issues. When I used the second clip, I realized a few things. The company pays attention to details and has a 12 month warranty. Even the adhesive pads have a little tab to make it much easier to apply. You don't have to use your nails to try and peel off the backing.I wasn't sure if this would work at all. However, I have an usually thick charging cable that doesn't fit well with the usual holders. This one works very well. It holds the cable snuggly in place, but if you tug on the cable too hard it gets released without damaging anything. I've only had it for two days so I cannot comment of its longevity or the longevity of the adhesive. It does come with extra adhesive pads which will come in handy if the original adhesive fails. So far, I'm very pleased."

I’ve tried a handful of cable clips over the years, but these Lamicall Adjustable Cord Clips are the first ones that really hit all the marks. They’re small but sturdy, the adhesive actually sticks (even to the textured side of my nightstand), and the little spring-loaded clip adjusts to fit different cord sizes so you’re not stuck with one rigid opening.I’m currently using them to tame the tangle of USB-C, Lightning, and laptop charger cords on my desk and nightstand, but I’ve also stuck one in my car to hold a charging cable in place so it’s not sliding between the seats. Everything now has its own slot and doesn’t fall on the floor the moment I unplug it.Another nice touch: the clips rotate slightly so you can angle your cables just the way you want. It sounds like a small detail, but it keeps your cords from bending awkwardly and fraying. They’re also low-profile and don’t look cheap, which makes them blend in nicely whether you’re using them at home or in your office.✅ Bottom line: These little clips solve an everyday annoyance and make your space look more organized instantly. If you’re tired of crawling under furniture to retrieve fallen cords, grab a pack you’ll be surprised how many uses you find for them, making them great value for your money.

If you read some of the reviews, you'll see that stars are taken away because the cables don't slide easily in this holder.the intent of this holder is to hold cables in place. You remove the cable to use it, the put it back when you're done. This holder, being spring loaded, adjusts to various computer cables and won't work for very thick power cables, but it works nicely for all of my USB and video cables. This holder allows me to get some of my power supplies off the desk, but still keep the plugs handy. It also holds the thunderbolt cable from my Dell dock well, so I don't need to fish behind the desk.If you're looking for a holder where the cable slips through easily, then there are options like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH159ZNT?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details that essentially are a loop to keep your cable from falling behind the desk. You might want rig up some sort of a weight (like a heavy washer) to help the cord drop down into the holder.I see uses for both types. On my bedstand, I prefer the Lamicall clip type holder - I remove the cable, plug it in to the phone, then snap it back in when I unplug the cord. I can do both in the dark.My wife prefers the other type, just pull it up and plug in, the unplug at it drops back down (if there is a weight on the cord). And then, of course, there is the magnetic type, where a magnet is attached to the end of the cable and attaches to a metal plate that you adhere to the back of your desk. I find this type a bit too fiddly - especially if it is somewhere you can't readily see, but there are places these might work better. But getting back to the original review - the Lamicall clips are my favorite for normal use - nothing attached to the cables, clips in easily, holds well and - if placed carefully (like on the back edge of a desk) - virtually invisible. So far, nothing has broken. A solid 5 stars.

Have had this item for over 2 years and they work like new. The adhesive backing is strong and has never failed (used multiple times a day). I use them to hold my charging cords so I always know where they are at. Great price on an item that works for years with daily use is a big win for me. Highly recommend!

Great little connector pack - I used them in my office and under an end table in the living room. They are easy to install, solid looking, and I plan to buy another pack. So far the adhesive holds well.
