"Bought this adaptor to connect my new phone to the aux cord in my car. I just want to listen to music while I drive all freakin day, is that too much to ask? It works fine *when* it actually works. More often than not, my phone doesn't recognize it. My phone is almost brand new (Samsung) and has no problem connecting with anything else. This thing works maybe once out of every 4 times I try to use it. I've tried changing settings on my phone, plugging in before/after the car is on, cleaning it and all the ports, begging it, biting it, restarting my phone, ritual sacrifice, hopping 3x on one leg then spinning twice while patting my head and howling at the moon, calling it creative swears, feigning indifference, threatening to run it over, reverse psychology, and bartering. It remains indifferent to my plight. Sometimes I'll plug it in just for S & Gs and it will suddenly turn on after 15-20 minutes. No rhyme or reason and, frankly, frustrating as hell. But intermittenent reinforcement creates the strongest bonds so I just. keep. trying. one. more. time. I do not recommend buying this thing unless you are a glutton for disappointment or enjoy gambling with your sanity."

This is a really great little device! I'm very happy with it, and it's definitely much cheaper and more practical than trying to repair the audio jack of a phone that will probably need to be replaced in a few years anyway.

I plugged this thing in one time, and it worked with very bad sound quality, and then it never worked ever againupdate I contacted the company and they sent me a brand new one extremely quick. This one did work perfectly fine.

I needed something to charge and allow a headphone pass-through for my Galaxy Tab S8+ and there were mixed reviews for most of the choices. So I bought this Stouchi, as well as an Anker PowerExpand 6-in-1 Adapter, to compare for myself between the two more popular choices (at this time). The Stouchi is smaller than I originally anticipated, but performs well enough. It charges the Tab S8+ without issue, and provides sound. The only issue which knocked a star off is the sound quality takes a small hit. Compared to direct connection for sound, it doesn't have as high of volume nor can it reach deeper bass. Clarity seems good and doesn't cause any garbling or such. (The Anker didn't suffer any sound quality loss compared to a direct connection.)The compact design can be a blessing or curse depending on your usage; and for a final note it does not heat up while in use (Unlike the Anker I bought). Overall, this would probably suit someone on the road that has access to charging points; but for staying at home as intended for my use, the Anker pulls ahead with the sound.

I needed a way to use an Airfly Pro/Duo with my Ipad 10th Gen to watch movies with my husband on long flights. This worked perfectly. Charging worked as well. I can't speak to what wattage made it through when charging but I can say that over a four hour flight, my power never dipped below 100. Using the airfly, volume was fine. Any ground hum while charging noted by other reviewers was barely audible at home with a wired headset and really not anything relevant on an airplane or via bluetooth. I can't speak to the durability or longevity. So far it's lasted two four hour flights and about four hours of terminal waiting without a glitch. Note: To get everything to work as desired, I had to plug in headphones first, then once up and running, connect the charging cable. Otherwise things were unpredictable and didn't always work.
