"I've wanted a blue tees rangefinder for awhile now, so needless to say I was extremely excited when I finally ordered it. When I opened the package, it appeared that the rangefinder was used, based on lack of plastic and the battery already inserted. (Even though the description said new; also the three spare batteries that were supposed to be included were missing.) Despite all of this, it did work and I was excited to use it on the course. The look and feel were on par with my expectations, and I really loved using this rangefinder! I was recommending it to everyone. (I even bought a protective cover for it) Now, out of the blue it stopped working. It will read no more than 30 yards. VERY FRUSTRATING! of course it happened 2 weeks after the return deadline for Amazon, so I can't have a hassle free return. And blue tees policy seems sketchy at best. I have to pay shipping, and they could choose to just keep it and not refund me?! I'm extremely upset that I'm losing $200 and extremely disappointed in the quality. I expected better. I should've just went with a trusted name like Bushnell. I loved the rangefinder to be honest, but it should last longer than a month and a half."
