"This is the first time for me using a foundation that comes in a stick. Since I have mature skin now, I no longer use powder/mineral foundations that are too dry for my skin and have been sticking to liquids with dewy rather than matte finishes. A cream foundation seemed like a good choice for my old lady skin.Well, this is cream-ish. It comes in a stick and reminds me of grease paint without all the grease. It does deposit color on my skin, but then it's hard to get it to spread. I usually use a brush which was useless with this formula; even with it's inbuilt brush. I was able to get it to spread ok with a damp sponge, but it took some work and I wasn't really pleased with the results. I washed my face, then tried again; this time getting the product directly on a brush then trying to brush. Eh, not so good. Very streaky. Tried putting product on damp sponge; this worked a lot better. It was much easier to get good coverage. That said, I'm a bit on the fence as to how it appears on my skin. I don't think it's doing me any favors. This might be a better choice for someone with younger skin."
