"I am so disappointed.I bought one Eufy C24 camera, to begin with. When I installed it, I was so happy. The C24 has a pretty good quality picture and motion sensor. It was recording and you could listen clearly to the sounds around the camera. I tested it for 4 days. I was so excited that I ordered 14 additional cameras.To my surprise after just about 7 weeks, my cameras don't record anymore, some of them lost the sound, I only have video, and the worst thing to me is that I can't go back even a day to see what happened.I wrote an email to Eufy, and shat with them. They said they are working on this matter. They call it a glitch. These cameras should have a recall and replace with one that works. I got on you-tube and found that a year before I bought them, they already has issues with these cameras and Eufy still hasn't fixed it.I wish I could return them to Amazon, but the window of return is closed, but I spect from Amazon to stop selling these cameras when they know there is NO support from the seller or manufacturer. I am stuck now with all these cameras that don't do what I paid for them to do.So sad. Please Amazon, if you can't help me, try to stop others from buying these cameras that don't work according to their design, by removing them from Amazon's website.Suggestion to buyers of wifi cameras, before you buy any wifi camera, research the brand you are intending to buy, either by you-tube, Google reviews, or any other search possible."

I cannot say enough good things about Eufy and the great quality for the price. I needed an affordable set of cameras because my neighbors were harassing me. Just days in my car was hit and my neighbors fled the scene. It caught threats, gun shots and much more. The audio and video is immaculate and you can customize a schedule for a spotlight. After a few months all my cameras were stolen which contained my local memory cards. I was freaking out because I had talked to police many times outside my house. I was VERY grateful that they auto encrypt local storage and they were able to ensure my videos were unavailable. Installation was easy, I got some plastic cord runners that made it seem less. The only downside is what holds the camera on is a very magnet and that’s how my cameras were able to be stolen. They shot them with an airsoft gun and it knocked them off the magnet and they grabbed and disconnected the cord from the plug in that is about 4-6 inches from the camera. We bought more after ours were taken and are still super happyjean b
