"I've had this belt for about 11 months and I love it for CCW. It's sturdy and doesn't sag with the weight of my CCW, it looks good and the racheting mechanism is incredible I'll probably never go back to a regular belt buckle because of the ease of adjustment.However I'm not sure if it's a problem with all nex belts but mine in the leather finish has been coming apart at the seam between the belt material and the racheting mechanism for around 4-6 months now. It wasn't much of a problem for a while, you don't see it when it's on and it wasn't getting in the way but now when I take the belt off the strands of loose thread get caught on the small bar that holds onto the rachets in the belt so I have to unhook it to get the belt off. I'll be purchasing a new one but I had hoped a company like this would have a product that would last longer than 6 months as I've never had a belt that I had to throw away before 1 year and most of those were much cheaper than this one."
