"When the 2020 iPhones were announced I immediately ordered the 12 Pro to replace my previous Xs Max which truly was an excess in both size and weight for me. On the day the new phones were announced there were only two brands of cases for it, of course today there are hundreds. I ordered this one immediately so it would be here when my phone arrived. I'll start right off with my strong opinion that phone manufacturers spend billions on making their products as light, slender and beautiful as possible and I just can't understand why people immediately put them in gigantic thick heavy cases. I wanted the opposite, one that was paper thin and as light as air, simply to make the phone less slippery and to keep it from getting all scratched up. I also put a lot of importance on the buttons, one to keep them from getting accidentally pushed in my pocket and to make them easier to use. For the second item that's why I prefer cases with cutouts for the buttons rather than molded bumps. When this case arrived I was not disappointed, in fact I was really happy, is better than I expected. These are its key advantages.1. It is truly paper thin but rather than being made of sticky stretchy rubbery material it is crisp and hard which accentuates the sharp squared off look of iPhone's new design.2. The case is semi transparent. In the case of my black phone it adds to the beauty of the design rather than covering it up.3. I was not expecting Apple to redesign the buttons so they are almost flush with the stainless steel borders. Because the case is about that same thickness it makes the buttons impossible to push accidentally in my pocket but a joy to operate with my fingers when I need them. In this instance cutouts are far superior to molded bumps on as case.4. The bottom is a series of precision cutouts instead of the fully exposed design that seems to be so popular. In fact all of the cutouts are precise, the makers of this case obviously know what they are doing.SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOWUnlike most cases this one isn't lined with any artificial felt or anything else. Because the case fits so well that extra buffer isn't necessary but I might wonder about the very slight chance of condensation in very extreme climate conditions. If that concerns you it would be a good idea to take the case off and wipe the phone down occasionally. But like I said, those conditions would be rare. Speaking of concerns, the one about there possibly being a weak point at the lower edge turns out to be a non-issue, that area is well made and I can't see it ever being something to be concerned about. Anything to the contrary was just pre-release speculation. As far as making the phone less slippery, which iPhones are legend for, this case does help but it doesn't eliminate it completely. Being a rigid material it does tend to have its own slight amount old slipperiness.FINAL OPINIONWhenever I buy a new phone I usually end up buying several cases until I find one that is just right. I don't know if this one is the keeper yet but it stands a very good chance. And oh yeah, when I say buy I mean I paid for this with my own money and no one paid me to say nice things. The opposite is usually true in the phone case industry, making the task of finding helpful reviews difficult. I hope mine was useful and helpful to you."

First off, if you're looking for a case for drop protection, this isn't it. This case is specifically targeted at people who want a case that adds minimal bulk and some scratch protection. This does both well at a very affordable price. I haven't bought a case from Tozo before but this is a great first impression.Pros:* This case is very thin. I don't think you could make it any thinner without sacrificing durability or making the case too easy to damage. The difference between holding the phone with the case off vs holding it with it on is pretty minimal (in terms of size at least, not feel).* Cutouts for ports, speaker holes, etc are spot on. They nailed the precision of these.* The slightly transparent color of the case is a great choice. I have the darker option and it makes my blue iPhone 12 look similar to Space Grey (which is a good thing in my opinion).* The price is very affordable.Cons:* The front edge of the case is too sharp for my taste. I wouldn't call it uncomfortable, but I would have preferred it to be a bit more rounded off.Mixed:* The material of the case feels great and looks great but isn't very grippy. If you have a hard time holding on to your phone, you might want to look at a different case.* The durability of the case might not be that great. While it's still holding up well in terms of feel and protection, I have many scratches on the back of the case after a little over a month and I'm pretty careful with my phone.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, and Tozo will be on my short list in the future when I need a new case.

It’s very thin and light. The back is a bit translucent but it still hides the apple logo for me (12 Pro Graphite). I like the matte finish. Not sure how good it would be with drop protection but I think my phone is safe from scratches as there’s a lip on the camera bump as well as the screen to keep them from touching flat surfaces. Overall, it’s a great case if you want something thin, light, and affordable.UPDATE: A day later, I dropped my phone from about 2 ft and the case broke. :(UPDATE 2: The seller honored their warranty and sent me a replacement. They were kind enough to send it to me overseas since I'm currently not in the US. Really appreciated that. That said, this case isn't meant for drops on tiled floors. It might survive if dropped on the carpet or maybe even wooden floor but definitely not on concrete or tiles.

I've got a couple of these and in different colors. I love these as they are a great fitting cover, with a good hand-feel, but there is a trade-off with it being so thin. It'll keep normal scratches from happening from keys and the occasional rogue sharp surface wherever it's covered but doesn't protect so great for drops that land on the corner of the case.

Impressed with how well this case fits, especially given how new the iPhone 12 is. The material is super-thin, exactly like the cases I've loved in the past (from other manufacturers who don't have iPhone 12 products on Amazon yet). It was a very tight fit to get it onto the phone, but I followed the simple directions on the box and was careful not to break the thin bit around the Lightning port. I'm quite happy with how precisely it aligns to all the phone's features. Works well with my amFilm glass screen protector as well. The cutout for the Lighting port exactly matches the shape and size of the connector housing on Apple's own cables, which makes for a very sleek look, but other brands of Lightning cables may not fit as well. Only other concern I have is whether I'll be able to remove the case without damaging it in the future, but at this price I'm just going to order a backup to have on hand.If I was making suggestions for improvements, I'd like to see a color/finish option that allows the iPhone's colors to show through more. Would also be great to have some actual close-up photos of the fit in the Amazon listing, rather than just computer-generated images, to help future buyers.

It’s a good case. It fits my iPhone 12 Pro perfectly. The cut outs are good but the charging port cut out might not work with certain cables due to its limited size (works with apple cables). The side buttons become flush with the case so it can be hard to find the buttons sometimes. The camera bump is very slight and it’s hard to tell if it’ll provide some protection when it drops. The texture is kind of slippery like a lot of plastic cases but it has a matte feel. Overall I think it’s a good thin case to protect against scratches.
