At first I thought "this won't work, the airflow doesn't seem very strong". I am using it to cool a Raspberry Pi 5 that runs part of my ham radio system. Temperatures for the CPU were typically running about 158-164 degrees F. After I put one of these tiny fans on the outside of the case, aimed so the airflow would blow into the case and across the CPU, the temperature dropped down to 124-126 degrees F. That is an average temperature drop of 38 degrees F. This is outstanding and I'm sure it will result in a longer life for that Raspberry Pi 5, especially since heat is the bane of electronics. I call this cheap insurance. So quiet you can't even hear the fan. I purchased the 2 pack and I now have a spare.james t

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love these fans. They're exactly the size I was hoping for. They're nice and quiet and the noise they do produce is kind of pleasant imo. Kind of like a fish tank. The cord is reasonable, definitely not dramatically long. Good enough for what I use them for. 45 inches from USB to fan.I bought them for use in my terrariums and experimentation to see if it would help my moss grow in happier conditions since they put out such a gentle breeze. I live in Maine and it's naturally humid here, so these have actually helped me regulate the humidity in my White's Tree Frog's enclosure until their misting system arrives. For temporary use it has been a life saver! So glad I already had them on hand. Any time the humidity spikes too high I just plug this in for a bit.I just put a small sticky pad on the back and stick it anywhere I want it around the house near my house plants as well. The plants are establishing rather quickly as well and are much healthier because of it. Both the house plants and terrarium plants. I know they have specialized fans for growing plants. But these are a great cheap little fan that is perfect for a very small breeze from a very tiny fan. Lol I haven't had any issues with them. I even had one grow mold on it because it was in an enclosed terrarium and it still works great. It was easy to clean completely with a Qtip, some patience, and some rubbing alcohol. I love these and will definitely be purchasing more.les esch
