"For 6 months now I’ve woken up with constant neck pain & a headache. Most nights I can’t even sleep with a pillow even though I’ve taken most of the memory foam chips out and tried other pillows. I have a bit of a hump between my shoulders (a dowagers hump) so I’ve tried a variety of pillows. The pain has been so persistent that I finally googled what the best kind of pillow would be and was directed to contoured pillows on Amazon. After looking at the choices I decided on this one specifically because it has the contoured neck piece on both the top and the bottom of the pillow meaning that you can turn it 180° in the middle of the night when it gets hot. I was very skeptical that this pillow would even work but I was willing to try almost anything just to get some sleep. The literature that came with it said that you should expect to give it about seven days to really see if you like it. OMG!! I can honestly say that the first night I tried it was the best sleep I’ve had in months. This pillow is fantastic. I was able to sleep through the night comfortably and woke up with no pain, no headache. If you have a similar issue, I strongly advise trying this pillow. I wanted to give this 4.75 stars, not quite 5 only because you can’t flip it over. I have fibromyalgia and I’m going through menopause so I’ve always been one of those people that when the pillow gets hot I like to flip it over and move to the cool side. While you can rotate it 180° which is great, the problem is that where your head sits in the middle it always stays hot. You can turn it for a nice cool neck groove but your head always rests in the same place. That being said I definitely wouldn’t kick this pillow out of bed!"
