Initially, the product worked fine, but within just 3 months, I noticed a thin black horizontal line on the screen — a clear display defect.I raised a service request with Acer in July, and a technician came and confirmed the issue. A replacement was initiated, and I expected a smooth process. But what happened next was absolutely unacceptable:The replacement monitor they brought today was not even 27 inches — it was visibly smaller, probably 20 or 23 inches.Even worse, the monitor was old, dirty, and full of scratches and fingerprints. My original monitor was in mint condition, barely 3 months old and well maintained — this "replacement" looked like it had been used for years.This kind of service is shocking. I trusted Acer as a reliable brand, but this experience has made me completely lose faith in their quality control and customer support.Buyers beware: If anything goes wrong after purchase, don’t expect a proper resolution.
