"I had gotten this bag for when i started school this semester. The string design on the back of the bag literally broke recently and i was dumbfounded because i had payed alot of money for this bag as it was more pricier then the normal school bag because i needed it quickly before i were to begin my classes. One random morning the string had come off on the left side with no explanation on how or why as i haven’t even tugged or cut it it just came out and i was so deeply disappointed by the quality of the product because normally my Northface products last a long time but less then 6 months and the bag already has a visible major design flaw which is so deeply unfortunate."

I have had this backpack for several years and it is definitely worth it. It holds all of my school supplies plus more. The laptop sleeve keeps my laptop very well padded and secure. It is very comfortable to wear. I definitely recommend getting it in black because it is easier to keep clean. I have had this backpack in rain/storms for short periods of time and it has always kept everything inside dry! Totally worth the purchase!i love the clip in bangs so fun
