"Two nice headbands, 4 balls and extra string. 6 and 9 year old grandsons are having fun and parents too. I think this is a fun coordination and timing toy, we competed on how many times we could hit it. I bought one for hubby and me to play with too!"

So fun! But could not get the app to download. It’s frustrating Only using the yellow ball so far. Definitely takes consistent effort and practice. But exciting to see improvement in a couple days. Part of my daily routine. When I need to clear my head or have been reading too much I put this on and do it for about 30 minutes. Really helps me focus and maintain concentration. I purchased this for 3 separate Christmas parties. It is a great family friendly and potentially competitive activity.I couldn’t really understand the QR code to get the app (iPhone). It kept sending me an error. But I wasn’t really interested in using it anyways.It was a fun time for all ages. It became a core memory activity. But be careful, because you can (and likely will) get hit in the face. So just keep that in mind. On the bright side, you will get many laughs from onlookers as you get bonked in the head.cassie

My step-son recently took a liking to boxing/UFC/MMA and when I seen all the positive reviews on this and how beneficial this has been for not only beginners but the pros too!! It was funny watching him use it in the beginning but within a couple of days he got the hang of it and was literally doing it all over the house LOL Being your typical 16-year-old boy, he loves to play video games. We weren't sure if he would like this, let alone use it as much as he has. We finally found something that gets his hands off of a game controller and actually getting up and around and being physical!! He has had ADHD most of his life so it's hard for him to stay on task sometimes. We've noticed this has helped his attention span and he seems so much more present and alert. He also plays basketball through out the year and since using this, his hand-eye coordination! has improved a lot! Even his coach has pointed it out to us.We did struggle a little in the beginning trying to get things together, but thankfully you can scan the QR code that comes with it and they will walk you through the process.
