I had an issue with one of the strips stopping charging in one of the ports, and the Anker support team was extremely responsive and promptly sent out a new one replacing the faulty strip. I had an poorly located outlet that wasn't being used that was behind a door, with the flat plug and small design I was able to regain an outlet. I didn't need many plugs, and was mostly using it for devices charged by USB anyway.
