The product seems to work great. We never got to use it because of a family emergency that cancelled our trip. But we tested it around the house. Velcro seems very strong and holds the drinks securely. It can fit some pretty big size drinks.Also, their customer service was top notch! We missed the return window because we were dealing with my mother's health stuff that came out of nowhere. So I messaged the company and asked if they could do a refund for us. They said they couldn't take the item back, but they credited us back half the cost and told me to keep it!
