"There were serious quality issues with the delivered mattress from the delivery date itself. It was advertised as 6 inches thick, however the actual thickness was less than 5 inches, and the material was damaged in multiple areas. I requested for a replacement multiple times and all replacements had serious quality issues. After the company took back the 3rd replacement mattress, they have refused to provide me with a refund. Currently, I do not have the mattress with me. The company has both my money as well as my product.Potential scam company with zero ethics."
