"This is a review on the size and feel. I haven’t used it in rainy weather. I went through numerous reviews trying to gauge the size of it. I weigh 245 pounds and I’m 5’2” tall…so short and fat. When I say this thing is HUGE…I mean HUGE! If you are a tiny person, I can’t imagine this being comfortable for you, but obviously I wouldn’t know. I purchased the blue, which is a nice muted color (not bright) because it was so cheap and I just wanted something I could leave in our travel trailer. This is perfect for that. It’s lightweight and will serve its purpose. Upon arrival it was relatively flat and about the size of an average hardback book. However, getting it back in all nice and neat isn’t so easy. It fits just fine, just not so neat and thin anymore."

Keeps me nice and dry without that clinging feel I always get from typical rain coats. I bought this to replace a very expensive rain coat that I purchased from a name brand company that I got absolutely soaked in a mild rain. This is fantastic inexpensive and lightweight. Toss over your head has side snaps that you can make it fit closer to body or leave unsnapped. Loved my first one I bought so well that I bought this to leave in the delivery can I drive.
