"I am 6'6" and 213lbs, so I have a tall and somewhat thinner frame. I am training for a marathon and tend to sweat a lot so I go through 6 or so workout shirts a week. This is a good, basic workhorse type of t-shirt for that. It is soft, no chaffing so far, and does a good job wicking the sweat away from your skin. I didn't want to spend $25-$30 a pop on workout shirts for everyday wear and this fit the bill. If you have ever run a race that gives out a t-shirt with your registration, usually it is a cotton tee but for nicer races you get a moisture wicking "tech" t-shirt. That is about the quality of this shirt, and there is nothing wrong with that. I ordered the Lime Shock and it is nice and bright, but a little less "pop" in the color than the picture on Amazon.On the size, when I can find tall sizing I usually go with a Large-Tall, which is what I ordered here. I was concerned about the sizing being too snug and it was actually the opposite. Still fits me OK and I am keeping it, but I do wish they would offer a Medium-Tall. The length on these is really good in the tall sizes, I would just recommend sizing down if you want a trimmer fit."
