"I’m really enjoying this machine. I usually avoid “high tech” appliances, but the features here are genuinely useful.The interchangeable tea/coffee housings and multiple size/brew options are fantastic for our household. Even with plain Folgers, the coffee tastes far better than my old Cuisinart or Mr. Coffee.The delay brew works well. It only takes about 30 seconds to set, and it’s perfect for days when I need to alternate between a cup or the carafe.The thermal carafe pours much cleaner than my old ones. The lack of a heat plate is an added bonus for me. No, your coffee won’t stay hot for hours, but it also won’t burn. Adjust your brew size if you won’t be drinking a full pot right away. It’s quite simple.I haven’t had issues with the water tank leaks or carafe messiness others mentioned. Just make sure your tank is aligned properly. If it’s leaking, you probably need a new gasket.Use filtered water if you have hard water (with no softener)… this will help your machines last.Cons:-The machine is quite large. I had to rearrange things to make it work in my kitchen.-It’s made almost entirely of plastic. For the price point, I’d prefer (and pay more for) stainless steel in areas that touch hot water for durability and peace of mind."

Buy this one! My Ninja DualBrew Pro Drip Coffee Maker CFP301died after less than 2 yrs. My dad and brother had recommended this one originally and I wish I had bought it then. I prefer to have iced coffee in the morning and hot tea in the afternoon and find that it is superior at brewing both. I love that it has separate tea and coffee baskets and knows which one is in the machine so you can't accidentally brew coffee when the tea basket is in. It takes a little longer than a Keurig because it steeps your beverage inside the machine according to whichever settings you select and does not continuously drip, and instead does some sort of calculation to ensure that every drop is perfectly steeped. You will definitely taste the difference! Especially in the tea if you've ever only had tea that was just in a bag dropped in hot water. I love that it has hot and cold options. Hands down it makes the best tasting home coffee or tea that I've ever had. I cannot recommend this product enough.What Customers Talk About
