I have purchased this product nearly 30 times, generally from Amazon, but also directly from Qunol. As a result, I have attempted multiple avenues of contact with Qunol (the company itself), to include many phone calls, and multiple emails through the Qunol website. I have never been contacted by a company representative despite sharing much of my research about product origin and why the problem appears to be within the Qunol-controlled distribution system, not Amazon (my primary supplier). I have left reviews on both the Amazon site as well as the Qunol web site. Therefore, I have solid evidence that in the event of a problem with a product, customer service by the company is essentially non-existent. Phone calls (something over 10 times, probably closer to 15-20) go unanswered after being on hold for 1-3 minutes with an automated message that they are unable to answer the call. A caller cannot remain on hold through their system indefinitely - customers are forced to listen to "hold-music" for 1-3 minutes before being told to call back or leave a message (which I've done multiple times). This has occurred on multiple days of the week, and at various hours of the business day, thus is does not appear to be a problem with an increased number of calls on the first day or so of a week (i.e. Monday).Further, I just finished looking at other 1-star reviews, and it is very evident that the problem of this specific Qunol product being totally unusable product due to heat damage has been an ongoing problem with both orders through Amazon as well as through the Qunol web site directly. In other words, there are multiple reports of the heat damage to the product on both web sites and under both product listings on Amazon. Interestingly, one of the two instances of this product on Amazon that I viewed did not have either my 1-star review or the multiple instances of the exact same product unsuitability due to heat damage that were on the other reviews of the product under a different listing. So even the product ratings are not as useful as they should be, depending on which offering of the product on Amazon is being reviewed (specifically in the 1-star reviews, because depending on which instance of this product is studied by Amazon customers, only some of the 1-star reviews of this product show up as reviews on each of the two product review listings here on Amazon. So customers can't adequately determine the frequency of this product quality issue by searching 1-star reviews.Clearly this product has at least a 1-year history of being delivered to customers in unusable condition through Amazon, according to the reviews themselves. And the company makes it effectively impossible to contact them by phone, and has not responded to multiple attempts that even included some details of the problem. Problem resolution through the company has been impossible. As a result of product quality and the non-availability of contact with Qunol, we have now gone to a different company's product (same product strength) sold through Amazon by another well known company. We will not purchase Qunol products ever again.will not receive any further business from our family either directly or through Amazon.com despite many years of purchases of this specific product. If a company does not care about resolving a problem as evidenced by multiple efforts at contact, and multiple purchases had the same product quality issue, my choice to discontinue using Qunol as a source was a wise one.For reference, I have been a trusted Amazon reviewer for over a decade, including through the Amazon Vine review program.ORIGINAL 30 Jun 2025 review:The product should be assumed to no longer possess the same health promoting characteristics when the printed storage notice has been seriously violated. We have used this product for years, but somewhere quality control is breaking down, and we will no longer purchase this product since it cannot be as effective as a fresh, properly stored product.Two purchases of this same product, approximately two months apart, contained a mass of deformed gel caps that were all stuck together and unable to be separated inside the bottles or even removed from the bottles. The product is unsatisfactory since multiple bottles of it have clearly been exposed to a very high heat condition - certainly not acceptable for a supplement product that is to be stored "in a cool, dry place" according to the bottle."
