"I have contacted customer service about my Airmega 400 that is still under warranty and suddenly stopped working (power switch issue). I submitted documentation to them, had a video call with tech support to verify that my filter doesn't turn on and have now been waiting A MONTH for any response. I was told that the unit would be replaced, but after emailing and calling several times no one has gotten back to me about when I might expect the replacement. I do not understand why they haven't responded at all, even if just to say that the warranty request is in process, or typical time frames for the isse to be addressed. I like this product a lot and have been using 2 of these throughout the pandemic. But this poor customer service response is motivating me to rate them at 3 stars."

As a hairdresser it’s easy to get sick from clients since we are in people’s faces and touching them, and sometimes less thoughtful people will come in sick (“I’m off work! I've lived with the Coway air purifier for a couple weeks now. I bought it specifically to find a way to eliminate food odor in my apartment (I cook a lot). Nothing irritates me more than smelling day old food odor when I first enter my home.Before the Coway, I bought a different brand and returned it because it did absolutely nothing to address odor despite its claims.I am so pleased and happy with this product because it WORKS! In SMART mode, as I cook, the fan senses the odor in the air and bumps up the fan...if I want a more active approach I can manually bump up the circulation speed. It effectively clears ALL odor in just a few hours.I no longer enter my apartment to old food odor and that is sooo wonderful.Overall, the air in my apartment is fresher and cleaner which is a bonus in the winter during cold and flu season.What Customers Talk About
