"The website and store say there are only two ingredients which is melatonin and tart cherry. When you get the bottle, it lists "other ingredients" which includes stuff like xylitol, sodium stearyl fumarate and natural cherry flavor. I was super excited about this until I saw all the extra ingredients.It would be one thing if they listed all of them, but they seem to avoid wanting to do that."

I was initially skeptical about the idea of such a miniscule dose of Melatonin, but now I realize that the majority of the sleep industry may have it WRONG.10-20mg of Melatonin is WAY too much, and medical professionals back this up.Anyway, these tiny little dissolve on the tongue micro-doses work as well as the 10-20mg, and there's none of the grogginess in the morning that I felt often with higher dose gummies/tablets from other companies.Solid product and 120 supply for a reasonable price works at a value I consider ok - to the manufacturer, don't mess with this pricing for an extra buck because you have better reviews. Greed won't work on this, at least not for me.I have and will find alternative products that are the same thing - there is nothing unique here.loki shams

This is literally the best melatonin I have ever used. I have trouble staying asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night I cannot ever get back to sleep. My heart starts racing and my mind starts flooding with thoughts and it becomes impossible to fall back asleep. Higher dosage melatonin will always wake me after several hours, and if I do end up going to sleep again it is a restless odd dream state, like I am partially awake. I have tried other low dosage melatonin and it is the same thing. This is the only melatonin I have used that keeps me in a state of deep restful sleep. Even I were to wake up to use the bathroom, my mind doesn't go into overdrive, nor does my heart rate accelerate. I just close my eyes and I'm instantly asleep. This melatonin is amazing.jonny moto
