"Overall these booties are well constructed and work well. I followed the sizing recommendation based on weight for my two dogs: 1 size 6 for my 60 pound Labrador Retriever, and 1 size 7 for my 70 pound Labrador Retriever. The dogs of course needed a little time to adjust to having booties, but they loved them once they were outside in the snow. No issues with sore or chapped paw pads typical of snowy, icy conditions. I held one star because you need to make sure the velcro is really secure if venturing in deep snow. We had booties slip off a couple of times, which can be fixed by ensuring the velcro is properly secured."

I purchased these shoes for my German Shepherd with arthritis. I believe I purchased the incorrect size so they did not fit properly and I contacted the seller regarding the issue. The shoes were worn and the seller was very kind to issue and refund and asked that I donate the shoes to a no-kill shelter or another pet. I think that says a lot about the company, the people that run the company and their love for animals. I wish more companies would care about the animals instead of just selling a product. They stand by their product! I must say the shoes are extremely durable and great quality. I just didn't purchase the right size. GREAT PRODUCT - GREAT SELLER!!!!gusnwheez

They for my Pug, she weighs 18lbs. Not fat just long legged and big.We used once because I moved to what I thought was going to be a snowy winter..it snowed once and she wore them for one day. Then The snow melted. I will also use when we go on hikes with thorns around, but haven’t run into that yet.They stay on, but can’t say if they will when she runs. The media could not be loaded. I think these shoes are great! Using the size chart, they fit my dog as well as I think they can (he has a lot of hair so it’s a little hard to tell). He let me put them on and they don’t seem to bother him. It took some getting used to but he walks in them fine. We just tried them today during the nyc blizzard and they kept his feet completely dry. A few times one would fall off if he was running around, but I don’t think I put it on tight enoughchelle bloom

The size 8 work great on my German Shepherd. He had a paw injury and after a few bandage changes by the vet, these worked well to allow air to get to the wound, while preventing him from licking it.
