"The honey tastes great but I find that the texture changes often in the space of weeks. Sometimes it’s a perfect creamy texture, other times, it’s either too runny or too thick (almost like a solid block of honey). I think the company should really consider putting in place more quality control measures to ensure consistency of texture in all batches sold."
