"You will never, ever get through to customer service, and, if they ever call you back it will be at the least opportune time when you most likely aren't near the product and are unable to provide product information. If you miss the call back, that's life, they won't leave you a message and you will have to start wasting your time all over again. Also, it's worse than I thought. Finally heard back from them after days had gone by. Turns out the oven has an auto feature that pulls the rack out towards you when you open the door. That's a nice feature. But you can't just close the door. It jams up on the rack and can't push it back in. Apparently their engineers are not capable of making this work, so they just tell you your supposed to close it by hand. Ouch!! Hot rack, burnt hand. Oh, your supposed to grab an oven mitt to close the door. How convenient just cause you wanted to glance at what was cooking. Maybe spend a few more minutes on the design? Shame, such potential gone to waste."

The media could not be loaded. One of the best convection oven I have ever bought from this seller. Looks really good, and perfect working. I tried baking, roasting, and pizza making on this oven. It works really good like commercial oven. Really worth it. Maximum heating is 450F.sb

Absolutely love this. My previous toaster oven was a cheapo Black & Decker that didn't have accurate temps and was too short to bake frozen chocolate croissants from Trader Joe's (they would rise too close to the top heating element and start to smoke). This Breville is so accurate and so easy to use. So far I've used it to make toast, toast a bagel, and bake a couple of dishes in an 8 x 8 glass container, and yes, chocolate croissants. A most excellent small countertop oven! This is my second Breville oven as I liked the first one so much, I gave it to my son! When this came up on sale on Amazon, I decided to purchase it as it was such a good deal! We don’t use our regular oven anymore except to bake bread as the interior is larger. The Breville oven does everything else. It toasts bread, bagels, bakes chicken wings, pies, cakes, and anything you can fit inside it. Breville came out with a version of this oven that air fries but we have a separate. ninja air fryer that works great on its own. I think the value of this countertop convection oven is perfect without the air frying feature. Two friends have bought this oven after seeing it in our home. It’s a great product I would highly recommend!!!dennis labombard
