"Delivery was prompt and item well packaged.I bought this to help with my overall energy levels and other benefits when working out. I’m currently doing an intense 8 weeks body challenge. I’m 53 and things aren’t what they used to be. First I haven’t exercised in God knows how long so suddenly working out has been a shocked to my body and my mind! It is meant to help with muscle definition and recovery… and brain fog!Price:Best quality price Creatine I could find at time of purchase.Quality of powder:I’m currently in the early stages of the loading period ( 5g x 4 times a day.) so I can only attest to my first impressions: I bought the plain version because I personally don’t like added weird and fake flavours and sweeteners ( I haven’t tried the flavoured ones so I am not complaining about them in this particular product).As accurately described by others, this powder is tasteless and pretty fine and dissolves well. I first mix it well then drinks it straight. If you wait til it settles you will have a tiny deposit at the bottom. Mix it well again and the water is completely clear. I mostly take it with plain water but it can be mixed with protein shake, etc.Efficiency:As mentioned before it’s early days for me ( few days) but yesterday I didn’t feel like someone had bit the crap out of me and I had some clarity all day. Might be my mind playing tricks on me so I will report back on this at a later stage, promise!). I have also been going to the loo pretty often which is great, not for the obvious ‘number one’ but the other one. It’s a welcome ‘side effect’ for me because I have had issues in that department. I am not recommending it as a laxative solution but thought people should be aware of that potential side effect. And no, it’s not because you have to drink loads of water when you take this. Without going into my private life too much I have had a colonoscopy and seen a specialist at Chelsea and Westminster hospital a few years back because it was a serious issue with me. This has worked faster, better than laxatives or other treatments. I assume it will eventually settle but it’s a nice surprise.As I said before, early days so that’s it for now but I will report back regarding efficiencyAnd other effect on my body.UPDATE: As suspected, my bowels settled/ got used to it but I started needing to use the loo ( number 1 this time 🥴) quite often during the day. So be prepared. I found out that is a side effect. That eventually settled too. Again, easy to use. I have added it to sauces, tea, etc. Very versatile. Just make sure to drink water throughout the day as it can cause dehydration as the water is pulled into the muscles. It gave me a really dry mouth. On the positive sides it drives you to drink plenty of H20!***NB: there is a tiny scoop inside! You might have to look for it as it’s transparent! At first I had fun trying to weight 3/5 grams at a time. Would be useful if the scoop was slightly coloured so it can be spotted in that massive quantity of powder."
